Early morning, enjoy a boat ride on the Ganges. Later in the day a city tour covering Vishwanath temple, Kaal-Bhairav Temples, Sankat Mochan Temple, Durga Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, BHU, etc. Afternoon proceed for an excursion to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. Visit Buddha temples, the Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa, and the archaeological museum

Overnight in Varanasi
After breakfast, proceed to Allahabad via visit Sitamarhi to see the Sangam (meeting point) of the three rivers - Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati (a mythological river). Take a holy dip in Prayag, visit temples, and transfer to Varanasi

After breakfast, proceed to Ayodhya, visit to the Lakshman Ghat, Kala Ram Temple, Kanak Bhavan Temple, and several Jain shrines. Later drive back to Varanasi
